Ole Homestead Garlic Jelly

This is in the pepper category, but it is not hot. It is great used to mix with cream cheese and make a log, then roll in chopped pecans. Always a hit at weddings, showers, or parties. I also love to glaze a pork tenderloin or pork roast. It adds that great garlic flavor and makes a lovely glaze.
