Pesto Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup packed, coarsely chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts or sunflower kernels
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
Steps:
In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.
