Shrimp Huffine
Ingredients:
- 2-4 lbs Louisiana Gulf Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 6 garlic toes (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp red pepper
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp rosemary
- ¼ lb butter
- 2 bay leaves
- juice of one (1) lemon or ½ cup white dry wine.
Steps:
Combine garlic, salt, red pepper, black pepper, oregano, butter, rosemary and bay leaves in a large frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to cook until the shrimp are tender. Add the lemon juice or wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with French bread. Substitute chicken wings for the shrimp and this would be called STICKY CHICKEN. Enjoy!
